Partners with GTM leaders across Customer Experience, Implementation, and Sales Development on performance management, employee relations, org design, workforce planning, and change management. Uses organizational data to identify trends and guide decisions, supports promotion and calibration cycles, and leads cross-functional People projects. Builds trusted relationships with senior leaders while handling sensitive employee matters and aligning workforce structures with business strategy.

Lead and grow a 7–10 person full-stack engineering team building Accounts Payable and Bill Pay software. Set technical and product direction, make architecture and UX tradeoffs, ship reliable customer-facing products, partner with Product and Design, and coach engineers across levels. Translate customer feedback into priorities and promote AI-forward development practices. The role requires strong engineering leadership, product judgment, customer empathy, communication, and at least two years of engineering management experience.

Own and optimize Brex’s B2B go-to-market operations infrastructure across Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Partner teams. The role manages Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Segment, and related systems; designs lead routing, scoring, enrichment, attribution, and handoff workflows; develops AI-powered automation and agentic SDR processes; improves data governance, reporting, pipeline visibility, and funnel velocity; and partners with RevOps, Sales Systems, and Engineering to scale demand generation and partner-led growth.
