As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll partner with finance teams of large customers to drive product adoption, minimize churn, and expand account value by creating account strategies and leveraging product insights.

Lead and develop a team of GTM recruiters focused on Post-Sales and Marketing hiring. Own hiring strategy, pipeline health, metrics (time-to-fill, conversion), interview calibration, and offer strategy. Partner with senior stakeholders and Recruiting Ops on headcount planning, tooling, and recruiter enablement to scale hiring in a fast-moving org.

The Staff Economist will analyze large data sets, conduct research, and develop narratives about corporate spending, partnering with marketing and PR teams to enhance Brex’s authority in the economic domain.
