Owns full-cycle net-new enterprise SaaS sales within the public sector pension administration market. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory strategy, RFP and procurement navigation, executive and board presentations, complex deal negotiation, forecasting, and closing. The role requires building relationships with senior government and pension stakeholders, managing long sales cycles, collaborating cross-functionally, and meeting new-business quotas.

Administer internal and customer-facing systems across Windows, Linux, identity, endpoints, networking, Microsoft 365, virtual desktops, and remote access. Manage tickets, SLAs, onboarding, access reviews, patching, backups, incident communications, and Tier 1 on-call support. Maintain Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID, Active Directory, Linux servers, and collaboration tools while supporting SOC 2 and HIPAA audit requirements. Create Bash and PowerShell automation, documentation, and self-service resources.

Generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound lead follow-up. Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records in HubSpot, follow approved scripts, handle objections, meet meeting and opportunity quotas, and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Operations to improve data quality, handoffs, and lead-generation processes.

Leads Scrum delivery across multiple product and platform teams, facilitates ceremonies, removes impediments, mentors Scrum Masters, and drives Agile adoption and continuous improvement. Partners with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and senior management to improve delivery predictability, prioritize backlogs, track metrics, manage risks, and establish consistent processes. Uses Azure DevOps and generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and delivery quality.

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement, configure, test, and train users on benefits administration software. Gather and translate stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, and solution documentation. Manage multiple implementation projects, including eligibility files and module installations. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, resolve application and configuration issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and product functionality.

Lead customer implementations of enterprise software from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, stakeholders, requirements, documentation, training, and transition to support. Collaborate with professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while improving project processes and portfolio efficiency.

Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle for B2B SaaS accounts, from onboarding through retention and expansion. Develop success plans, drive product adoption, lead value-focused QBRs, manage churn risks, forecast growth, and identify expansion opportunities. Coordinate Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support while influencing executive stakeholders. Maintain CRM and customer health data, manage escalations, and represent Bridgeway in customer forums. Use generative AI tools to improve productivity and customer outcomes.

Designs and maintains data warehouses, semantic models, metrics layers, pipelines, dashboards, and certified datasets. Establishes KPI governance, data security, row-level access controls, quality standards, and observability. Builds Sigma, Power BI, and Databricks dashboards, supports self-service analytics, resolves BI issues, and enables AI/ML use cases. Collaborates with architecture, engineering, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements, document solutions, train users, and drive BI adoption.

Design, build, and maintain a scalable cloud platform using IaC and CI/CD. Lead DevOps/SRE practices, implement monitoring, security and compliance (SOC2/HIPAA/NIST), manage containers, troubleshoot infrastructure, and participate in on-call rotation while driving cross-team delivery.

Work with Business Analysts and customers to gather requirements, design and configure documents/forms, build complex templates and reports, map data sources, implement workflows in proprietary basys software, test and troubleshoot solutions, and use generative AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Lead and manage a software engineering team to deliver scalable, secure SaaS applications. Drive development best practices (code review, testing, CI/CD), align technical execution with business goals, mentor engineers, participate in architecture and design, monitor KPIs, and integrate generative AI tools to improve productivity. Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration in an Agile environment.
