Prepare and review corporate tax returns and ASC 740 tax provisions for large multi-state and multinational clients. Leads enterprise-wide transformation programs valued at $15 million to $50 million, managing strategy, execution, budgets, risks, governance, resources, vendors, and stakeholder expectations. Translates business objectives into roadmaps and measurable outcomes, drives executive alignment, oversees organizational change and user adoption, and coordinates cross-functional teams through implementation and stabilization. The role requires extensive project and program management experience, strong financial management, executive communication, and expertise in technology transformation and organizational change.
