Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support of enterprise-grade Python applications, data-intensive services, and automation platforms. Build secure, resilient, high-performance systems; optimize relational databases; troubleshoot complex production issues; and collaborate with product, data, infrastructure, and business teams. Apply software architecture, Agile, CI/CD, secure coding, and reliability practices while managing concurrent projects and mentoring engineering standards.

Administer and architect enterprise PeopleSoft environments, including PeopleTools upgrades, PUM updates, security, search, integrations, cloud platforms, and HA/DR. Configure WebLogic, Tuxedo, application and process scheduler servers; support Oracle databases and Linux/Unix systems; and apply automation and DevOps practices. The consultant will troubleshoot production issues, document solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct design and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Designs, develops, and operates PeopleSoft integrations with internal systems, cloud applications, and third-party platforms. Builds service operations, queues, routings, transformations, security configurations, and error handling using Integration Broker, REST, SOAP, PeopleCode, and Application Engine. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, supports upgrades and patches, troubleshoots production issues, conducts code and design reviews, and mentors junior engineers.
