Provides executive leadership for a statewide supportive housing portfolio, overseeing strategy, performance, quality, evaluation, program development, financial sustainability, partnerships, and senior leaders. The role coordinates housing, case management, managed care, behavioral health, and client participation programs while advancing Housing First, equity, and person-centered services. The Chief Program Officer represents the organization with government agencies, healthcare systems, funders, and community partners and supports sustainable growth across California.

Oversee San Mateo housing and Community Supports programs, including staff supervision, service delivery, compliance, quality assurance, stakeholder relationships, reporting, budgets, training, and operational improvements. Represent the organization with health plans, County partners, funders, landlords, and community organizations while ensuring program objectives, contractual requirements, and client service standards are met.

Lead ERP and finance systems strategy, roadmap, and integrations. Oversee Finance Systems team, translate business needs into ERP designs, direct advanced configuration and implementations, ensure data integrity, controls, and scalable integrations, and partner with Finance, IT, and Operations on change management and platform maturity.
