The Head of AI Success will drive customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue by building scalable systems, utilizing AI automation, and leading deployment and support teams.

Produce short- and long-form content across social platforms by capturing behind-the-scenes and customer stories, building founder personal brands, developing recurring formats, iterating on performance, and publishing independently. Will travel and work in-person five days a week in San Francisco.
