Design and build Broccoli’s company website in Webflow, including page structure, CMS organization, reusable components, landing pages, responsive layouts, SEO metadata, accessibility, and content updates. Create web graphics and support visual direction while maintaining performance and consistency. Collaborate on campaigns and identify opportunities to improve the site’s visual and functional quality.

Manage the San Francisco office’s daily operations, including supplies, food ordering, facilities, vendors, events, mail, budgets, access, safety, scheduling, and internal communications. Support People Ops with seating, desk setup, celebrations, and California office compliance. The role also coordinates office maintenance, deliveries, travel logistics, and ad hoc operational projects while ensuring a welcoming, organized workplace.

Supports the Director of People by coordinating employee engagement, recognition, onboarding, swag and equipment preparation, HR records, offer letters, reports, and employee inquiries. The role also helps maintain in-office culture, manages onboarding checklists, supports HR projects, and handles general People Operations administration. Success requires organization, discretion, strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and familiarity with Rippling and AI workflow tools.
