The Principal Mechanical Engineer designs and develops mechanical components for semiconductor products, collaborates with teams, and ensures project fulfillment from concept to production.

Coordinate ECO process and manage document control to ensure accuracy, compliance with ISO standards, and timely workflows. Maintain document repository, manage restricted documents, administer Agile PLM/EDMS user accounts, publish metrics, and support cross-functional teams and global meetings.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product development and customizable semiconductor automation platforms on time, to spec, and on budget. Manage risk, change control, resource loading/leveling, and stakeholder communications across globally dispersed teams while promoting program management best practices.
