Conduct outbound and inbound calls to screen Ticket to Work participants, assess eligibility, and develop Individual Work Plans. Provide job acquisition support including resume help, interview prep, job search assistance, and referrals while ensuring program compliance and collaborating with team members.

Lead end-to-end implementation of a new case management system and manage multiple concurrent business and IT projects. Establish program governance, gather requirements, oversee configuration, coordinate UAT, manage vendors and stakeholders, track risks and timelines, drive change management and training, and ensure successful delivery and continuous optimization across initiatives.
