Support FP&A and cost accounting for Finelite: monthly close, data uploads (BPC/Planful), ERP data extraction/analysis, dashboards/KPIs, journal entries, inventory and cost variance analysis, reconciliations, internal controls, audit support, and process/SOP improvements in collaboration with operations and business leaders.

Prepare accurate quotations and take-offs for complex commercial lighting projects by reviewing specs, drawings, BOMs and RFQs; collaborate with engineering, sales and customers; manage pricing, ERP/CRM data and orders; provide project-specific collateral, post-shipment support, and customer guidance on products, controls, and code requirements.

Responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems for lighting products, leading root-cause and CAPA efforts, conducting audits, supporting NPI, analyzing production data to drive improvements, working with suppliers, creating quality documentation, supporting testing/validation, and training production staff.
