Support senior equity research analysts covering software companies by building financial models, conducting primary research and due diligence, writing research reports and updates, tracking news flow, and developing relationships with management, industry contacts, sales/trading, and institutional investors.

Hands-on SDET responsible for building and maintaining Playwright/TypeScript automated tests across UI, API, integration, and regression layers; debugging flaky tests; designing OpenCode-based agent workflows for test generation and failure triage; developing test data strategies; and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines with reliable gating and artifact retention.

Provide frontline desktop support for employees (remote and in-person), triage and resolve hardware, Windows, application, phone, and market-data feed issues, manage tickets, perform firmware/patch deployments, and collaborate with IT teams. Support trading desk/C-suite users and maintain endpoint security and configuration management.
