The role involves designing innovative assessment solutions, advising senior clients on talent strategy, mentoring staff, and driving organizational impact through assessment methodologies and AI integration.

Design and facilitate customized leadership development experiences for global clients. Interview stakeholders, conduct research and analysis, create assessments and learning programs, lead client workshops and offsites, coach leaders, manage multiple engagements, and contribute to business development and team growth.

Design and build business simulations, models, and AI components; run discovery, co-create client-facing UX, facilitate sessions, train clients, and deliver insights to drive strategic change.

Build and deploy AI-powered enterprise tools, including agentic systems, MCP integrations, RAG pipelines, and workflow automations. Facilitate hands-on workshops and executive sessions, train technical and commercial audiences, assess AI readiness, develop adoption strategies, measure business impact, support proposals, and evaluate emerging AI models and architectures.

Contract assessors deliver leadership assessment center activities: interviews, simulations, behavioral evaluations, and written reports. They analyze behavioral data, provide feedback to participants and stakeholders, and join calibration sessions to ensure rating consistency across assessors.

Freelance native Japanese linguist/reviewer who reviews and revises machine- and human-translated content (Phrase TMS and other formats), ensures terminology/style consistency using glossaries and translation memories, meets deadlines, flags issues, and collaborates with the NAM Translation team while maintaining confidentiality.

Freelance French (Canada) linguist/reviewer to review and revise translations (including MT output) using Phrase TMS and other tools, ensure terminology/style consistency, meet deadlines, use glossaries/TMs, share files via Box, and communicate with the NAM Translation team and clients as needed.

Contract Chinese (Simplified) linguist/reviewer to edit and QA translations (including AI/machine outputs) for corporate learning content. Work with Phrase TMS, use glossaries and translation memories, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with NAM Translation and client teams on ad-hoc, project-based assignments.
