The role involves designing innovative assessment solutions, advising senior clients on talent strategy, mentoring staff, and driving organizational impact through assessment methodologies and AI integration.

Design and facilitate customized leadership development experiences for global clients. Interview stakeholders, conduct research and analysis, create assessments and learning programs, lead client workshops and offsites, coach leaders, manage multiple engagements, and contribute to business development and team growth.

Design and build business simulations, models, and AI components; run discovery, co-create client-facing UX, facilitate sessions, train clients, and deliver insights to drive strategic change.
