Provides clinical supervision and implements individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assessing clients, developing treatment plans under BCBA guidance, supervising Behavior Technicians, training families and caregivers, analyzing progress data, writing reports, managing schedules, and conducting in-home sessions. The role requires afternoon and evening availability, some weekends, travel between client homes, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary professionals.

Supervises Behavior Technicians, conducts behavioral assessments, analyzes data, trains caregivers, develops intervention plans, coordinates schedules, and collaborates with families and clinical professionals. The role includes in-home and remote work, required travel, and advancement opportunities toward BCBA certification.
