Drive customer adoption by architecting and delivering identity governance and access management solutions. Lead workshops, demos, and integrations across cloud providers. Build and troubleshoot custom integrations, implement automation (Terraform, SDKs, APIs), and advise on protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO2). Collaborate with customers and internal teams to enable zero-trust, just-in-time access, and scalable IGA/IAM architectures.

Lead product strategy and execution for an identity-security control plane. Own roadmap, discovery, launches, and success metrics. Drive customer research, cross-functional alignment, and AI-enabled product development while iterating based on data and feedback.

Outbound SDR role focused on communicating C1's identity security value to technical stakeholders. Use HubSpot, Lusha, and LinkedIn Navigator to identify prospects, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to iterate messaging, prioritize lead sources, and manage multiple deals. Heavy outbound phone outreach and engagement with developers, IT/security leaders, and C-level executives. Continuous improvement and career growth within the SDR function.
