Conduct federal background investigations using VTC, phone, and in-person interviews; review records, resolve case issues, and document findings. Complete virtual training and shadowing. Perform occasional TDY travel and maintain home office connectivity.

Lead design and implementation of optical systems and control architectures for laser communications and remote sensing. Define system requirements, develop and validate control laws and estimators, perform hands-on testing and HIL simulation, troubleshoot optical subsystems, create test procedures, support prototype-to-production transitions, and collaborate across software, hardware, and test teams. Occasional field testing and travel required.
