Owns the reliability, security, performance, and availability of AWS-hosted healthcare infrastructure. Builds infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, monitoring, observability, backup and disaster recovery capabilities. Leads incident response, optimizes cloud resources, implements security controls, supports customer onboarding and migrations, and ensures compliance with healthcare privacy and software lifecycle requirements. Participates in on-call rotations and provides technical guidance to engineering and support teams.

Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows across business functions. Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, monitor performance, manage AI infrastructure, and participate in governance. Analyze workflows, run pilots, measure ROI, establish risk controls, and support adoption through training and documentation. Partner with stakeholders across departments while maintaining privacy, security, and regulatory controls.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support HL7 interfaces between Cadwell systems and customer EMR/EHRs. Lead discovery, create interface specifications, perform end-to-end testing, provide go-live and post-go-live support, monitor interfaces, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable, compliant interoperability.
