Serve as liaison between business and technology to implement and evolve an Enterprise Asset Management System (VUEWorks). Gather and translate requirements, design workflows and integrations, support testing and UAT, improve asset lifecycle processes, ensure data quality and governance, and enable future analytics and Digital Twin initiatives while coordinating stakeholders across multiple divisions.

Investigate and resolve escalated SOC alerts and confirmed incidents across EDR, SIEM, firewall, email security, and identity systems. Serve as escalation point for L1 triage, document findings, collaborate with Detection Engineering and Cybersecurity Engineers, and help create triage workflows.

Support build-out of agent-driven triage and response automation. Implement, test, and maintain automation workflows and integration code connecting SIEM, EDR, and other security tools. Monitor automation performance, document logic and limitations, and collaborate with senior engineers and cyber analysts to translate triage patterns into reliable playbooks.
