Leads accounting, FP&A, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, compliance, and audit activities for a nonprofit behavioral health organization. Provides community-based peer support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness using recovery-oriented services. Duties include wellness education, advocacy, crisis de-escalation, conflict resolution, care coordination, documentation in an EHR, transportation support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The role also supports client independence, health, hygiene, appointments, treatment plans, and living-environment standards while maintaining confidentiality and complying with mandatory reporting requirements.

Lead and manage the FSP (REACH) program including supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, maintain program productivity and billing goals, provide clinical services and crisis intervention as needed, coordinate quality assurance and trainings, manage contracts/budgets, and support staff development and morale.
