Manages organization-wide HR compliance and employee relations, including wage-and-hour compliance, investigations, corrective action, performance management, leaves, accommodations, workers’ compensation, required training, and policy administration. Advises leaders and employees, coordinates audits and agency inquiries, analyzes compliance trends, and improves HR practices across multiple locations. Supervises an HR Coordinator and provides onsite support, training, investigations, and leader consultation.

Performs financial planning and analysis, including actual-to-budget comparisons, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, KPI monitoring, executive reporting, grant financial oversight, and cost optimization. Supports strategic decision-making, board presentations, reporting automation, ERP optimization, and process improvements. Collaborates with finance, operations, marketing, sales, and executive leadership while providing recommendations on organizational financial performance.

Executive leader responsible for Caminar’s fundraising and revenue strategy, including major gifts, planned giving, grants, corporate partnerships, events, and donor engagement. Leads marketing, brand, communications, media relations, digital campaigns, and payer business development. Supervises Development and Marketing teams, manages budgets and performance, engages the board and volunteers, cultivates major donors, and represents the organization externally.
