Drive distribution growth, item placement, JBP execution, trade event coordination, broker alignment, pipeline conversion, and CRM/reporting to meet regional volume, distribution, and trade ROI targets.

Lead regional multi-site warehouse operations (plant-attached and 3PL) to deliver safety, service, cost, and quality outcomes. Own operating model transitions, KPI governance, 3PL partner management, financial budgeting and reviews, continuous improvement, and talent development across a geographically dispersed logistics network.

Serve as a strategic talent advisor delivering end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles. Build sourcing pipelines, advise hiring leaders on selection strategy, use Workday and sourcing tools, leverage market intelligence and data to improve hiring outcomes, and partner with HR, compensation, and business stakeholders to meet diversity, quality, and speed objectives.
