Own deal pricing, structuring, approval policies, partner economics, and unit economics. Build pricing strategies for products and AI features, underwrite deal profitability and payback, support negotiations, and automate quoting, approvals, and deal analytics across CRM and internal systems. Partner closely with sales, legal, finance, and leadership to improve commercial decisions and protect revenue.

Owns company-wide business operations, including planning cadence, KPI reporting, vendor and contract management, sales and GTM operations, infrastructure, compliance, and strategic initiatives. The role partners directly with leadership, builds scalable processes and automation, manages CRM and commercial operations, and solves ambiguous, high-impact problems across the organization.

Own full-cycle recruiting for implementation, customer success, and marketing roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, defining role requirements, sourcing passive candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, tracking recruiting metrics, improving processes, and delivering a strong candidate experience. The role also advises hiring managers and supports recruiting function development in a fast-growing environment.
