Drive growth across non-technical verticals by prospecting, building qualified pipelines, conducting personalized outreach, managing full sales cycles, negotiating contracts, demonstrating the product, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. Track sales metrics, optimize outreach workflows, and use HubSpot and automation tools to improve conversion performance.

Owns end-to-end customer deployments of an accounting platform, including scoping, configuration, data migration, testing, integrations, launch, and post-launch stabilization. The role manages project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and concurrent implementations while partnering with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and incorporate customer feedback. Strong ERP knowledge, financial data experience, stakeholder communication, and project-management skills are required.

Build and operate production AI agents that automate accounting workflows and help customers understand financial data. Shape agent architecture, develop customer-facing features, establish reliability practices, and own evaluations, tracing, monitoring, permissions, data access, human approvals, and failure recovery. Lead complex initiatives, make cross-team architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and balance accuracy, latency, cost, and complexity while remaining hands-on.
