Support daily IT infrastructure operations by configuring workstations, handling first-level tickets, assisting hardware/software rollouts and office moves, documenting processes, tracking small projects, and escalating security risks. Collaborate with senior IT staff and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve IT support processes.

Lead customer credit risk management and collections to protect assets and optimize cash flow. Evaluate creditworthiness, set credit limits and terms, manage past-due accounts, maintain SAP customer data, liaise with insurers and auditors, report on AR performance, and drive process improvements across Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Manage end-to-end sales order lifecycle for US clients: quoting, contract/RFP execution, order allocation, delivery coordination, invoicing, claims, and client/stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.
