Leads the technical vision, architecture, development, and delivery of FOS software products. Manages and scales engineering teams, drives modernization from legacy to modern technology stacks, oversees cloud, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, quality, security, and reliability practices, and collaborates with product and business stakeholders. The role also supports talent recruitment and development, compliance with SOC 2 requirements, disaster recovery planning, and continuous engineering improvement.

Leads proposal marketing and complex pursuit materials from strategy through interviews, including presentations, resumes, portfolios, collateral, and strategic messaging. Supports regional brand marketing through sponsorships, awards, events, and photography. Conducts market and client research, maintains pursuit information and filing systems, reviews content quality, supports marketing specialist development, and applies brand standards. The role requires strong writing, design, strategic thinking, project management, and proficiency with InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Lead technical design and delivery of building technology infrastructure for complex projects. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate ICT, telecom, security, clinical and AV systems, perform design reviews, field observations, budgeting, and client engagement. Mentor staff and advance operational technology strategies for smart buildings.
