Design, build, and scale backend systems for a social AI platform. Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver performant microservices, optimize user acquisition and retention, and improve platform scalability and reliability.

Own Cantina’s lifecycle product strategy across email, push, and in-product messaging. Develop onboarding, activation, retention, resurrection, and monetization journeys; analyze funnels, cohorts, and qualitative signals; run experiments; and partner with Data and Engineering on instrumentation, personalization, triggers, deep links, dashboards, and post-click experiences. Establish lifecycle operating standards, optimize messaging portfolios, and communicate multi-quarter strategy and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.

The Product Director will lead the video product strategy and execution, collaborating with teams to enhance creators' video content creation and sharing experience.
