Manage a distributed payroll team, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, drive payroll transformation, system implementations, automation and AI initiatives, support global expansions and EOR activities, maintain governance and controls, manage vendors, and deliver payroll reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Lead and manage indirect tax compliance and accounting for the US, Canada and LATAM; deliver technical advisory on sales/use and digital services tax; drive automation and technology improvements; manage reporting for financial statements; assess and mitigate tax risks and partner cross-functionally to implement indirect tax strategies.
