Serve as primary finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; own GTM planning, commissions modeling, capacity and ARR forecasting, variance analysis, and SaaS unit-economics. Build models, benchmark performance, drive tooling and automation (Adaptive Insights, CaptivateIQ), and translate financial insights to senior leadership to optimize GTM investment and efficiency.

Own and administer Salesforce and the GTM tech stack, resolve technical debt, redesign the data model for multi-product scale, manage integrations and release governance, apply AI/automation for process improvement, and partner with Sales, CS, and RevOps to enable faster commercial execution.

The role involves managing 45-55 mid-market accounts, driving customer adoption and growth, delivering compelling presentations, leading renewal discussions, and collaborating cross-functionally while integrating AI tools to enhance customer experiences.
