Manage benefits, leaves, immigration, and compliance programs; act as escalation point for complex employee inquiries; administer 401(k), workers' compensation, FMLA/ADA leaves; liaise with immigration counsel; support Workday data integrity; manage vendor relationships and employee recognition programs.

Own and extend multi-cloud AWS/GCP infrastructure, networking between cloud and field devices, Kubernetes clusters with Istio, Terraform IaC, and CI/CD pipelines. Drive reliability, on-call incident response, and mentor teams to improve platform operability and delivery.

Own and build backend services that provision, update, and communicate with a global fleet of printers. Design resilient cloud-to-device networking and Linux bring‑up/update systems, drive end-to-end initiatives, participate in on-call/incident response, and provide technical leadership and mentorship across backend, infrastructure, and device teams.
