Manage day-to-day operations of a transitional housing site serving people experiencing homelessness. Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, oversee facilities, admissions and discharges, coordinate services (nursing, case management, caregiving, food, transportation, housing navigation), troubleshoot operational issues, assist with data reporting, and work to secure permanent housing for clients.

Manage day-to-day operations of a transitional housing recuperative care program, supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, coordinate client flow from admission to discharge, oversee facilities and services, support data reporting, maximize housing and service connections, and ensure program compliance and client experience.

Partner with the CEO to coordinate executive priorities, lead cross-functional projects, oversee administrative and IT functions, support board governance, manage Executive Assistants, and build systems and processes to improve operational effectiveness across multisite Bay Area programs.

Manage day-to-day Enhanced Care Management (ECM) operations: referrals, enrollment, authorizations, documentation, claims, audits, and reporting. Coordinate clinical, billing, finance, and managed Medi‑Cal partners to ensure DHCS/CalAIM compliance, maximize reimbursement, train staff, and monitor program metrics and quality.

Lead and optimize Cardea Health's Medi‑Cal billing and revenue cycle: oversee claims, TARs, enrollment, denials management, compliance, audits, and team development to maximize reimbursement and support program growth while partnering across finance, clinical, and compliance teams.
