Build and consolidate complex Excel-based budget and forecasting models, validate revenue assumptions for government-funded programs, develop staffing and position-control models, perform scenario and sensitivity analyses, prepare Board-ready presentations, and document budgeting methodologies and tools for sustainable future cycles.
