Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership: manage calendars and Outlook scheduling, coordinate meetings and travel, handle correspondence, maintain records and office supplies, run errands and frequent Bay Area site visits, support Finance/HR/Operations/IT on ad-hoc tasks, manage board meeting logistics and minutes, and produce the organization-wide newsletter.

Manage day-to-day operations of a transitional housing program serving people experiencing homelessness: supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, oversee facilities and services (food, transportation, housekeeping), manage client flow from referral to discharge, assist with data reporting, and support housing navigation and program performance.

Lead recruiting coordination and onboarding across multiple sites. Supervise recruiting coordinators, manage job postings, candidate tracking, interview logistics, and onboarding operations. Partner with hiring managers, support sourcing and pipelines, maintain candidate experience and compliance, report hiring metrics, run recruiting events, and help improve hiring and retention processes.
