Teams at Care Access

Leads global financial operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue operations, billing, collections, disbursements, and cash flow management. Oversees financial systems, automation, reporting, internal controls, compliance, vendor processes, and process improvement. Builds and develops high-performing teams while partnering with executive leadership, Accounting, FP&A, Sales, Procurement, Legal, and IT to support scalable financial performance.

Leads secure, reliable IT infrastructure supporting distributed clinical research sites and remote employees. Manages enterprise networking, Azure and Microsoft 365 services, endpoint platforms, automation, AI-enabled operations, vendors, budgets, and technology projects. Oversees site deployments, security and compliance initiatives, service delivery, and operational improvements while recruiting, coaching, and developing technical teams.

Supports global compensation programs through merit, promotion, bonus, benchmarking, salary surveys, incentive plan administration, and pay recommendations. The role partners with business leaders and external consultants, maintains compliant job descriptions, and provides HR reporting and analytics. Candidates should have strong Excel skills, compensation knowledge, discretion, independence, attention to detail, and 2–3 years of professional experience. This is a fully remote U.S. role with less than 10% occasional travel.
