Provides high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite executives, including calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting and event planning, stakeholder communications, confidential information handling, document and record management, vendor and invoice administration, expense reconciliation, onboarding, and executive team backup coverage. The role is onsite three to four days weekly in Brisbane, California, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Supports clinical laboratory supply chain operations by processing purchase orders, maintaining NetSuite inventory records, coordinating domestic and international shipments, tracking deliveries and customs issues, reconciling inventory, monitoring stock levels, maintaining supplier documentation, and tracking supply chain performance metrics. The role also assists with warehouse activities and continuous process improvements in a regulated environment.

Processes patient specimens, receives and accessions samples in LIMS, supports molecular laboratory testing, maintains instruments and consumables, performs data entry, and participates in quality control, quality assurance, and research studies under CLS supervision. Documents corrective actions, maintains confidentiality of protected health information, follows laboratory protocols and regulations, and escalates operational issues to laboratory leadership.

Design, configure, and scale LIMS solutions to support end-to-end laboratory workflows. Act as technical SME for lab operations, build integrations and custom extensions, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to deploy and validate systems.

Lead and maintain the electronic Quality Management System and quality processes (CAPA, complaints, supplier control, audits) to ensure CLIA/FDA/GCLP compliance. Support batch record reviews, design control for LDTs, trainings, internal/external audits, and cross-functional quality guidance to promote continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

Provide statistical expertise for clinical study design, analysis, sample size calculations, and reporting for diagnostics products in solid organ transplantation. Develop analysis plans, analytical pipelines, and QC results. Collaborate with clinical operations, data management, lab operations, and publications; represent biostatistics on project teams and support data interpretation and presentation.

Lead the NavDx franchise across HPV-driven cancers with full P&L accountability. Set franchise strategy, drive market shaping, evidence generation, guideline inclusion, upstream/downstream marketing, MSL and medical education, sales leadership, and cross-functional execution to grow volume, revenue, and long-term franchise value.

Lead end-to-end execution of clinical trials including start-up, monitoring, vendor oversight, site activation, enrollment, data quality, regulatory compliance, eTMF/CTMS management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver studies on time, on budget, and inspection-ready.

Owns administration, governance, optimization, integrations, security, and support for NetSuite and related finance systems. Translates accounting and finance requirements into scalable solutions, improves close and reporting processes, manages consultants and vendors, supports acquisitions and integrations, and ensures SOX compliance, audit readiness, access controls, testing, documentation, and user adoption.

Manage and grow transplant diagnostics accounts by developing and executing strategic account plans, building stakeholder relationships, forecasting pipeline, collaborating with internal teams, and driving adoption and revenue growth. Requires clinical and product knowledge, strong communication, and high travel.

Lead the architecture and development of CareDx's enterprise BI ecosystem. Own Power BI modeling, DAX optimization, governance (RLS, deployment pipelines), and self-service enablement. Collaborate with data engineering to build scalable Databricks/Delta Lake/PySpark pipelines, leverage Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse architecture, mentor BI developers, translate business needs into analytics solutions, and drive BI performance and reliability.
