Lead enterprise partnerships with health systems, academic centers, and large practices to drive adoption of molecular diagnostics and precision oncology. Own executive relationships, define account strategy, lead QBRs, analyze data to identify growth, manage complex onboarding and EMR integrations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program scale and sustainability. Support expansion, deal strategy, and serve as senior escalation for strategic accounts.

Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) environments, drive cloud migrations and IaC, build GitOps/CI-CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitLab CI), implement observability and security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, SOX), mentor engineers, lead PoCs, and manage incident response and on-call for critical cloud infrastructure.

Field-based commercial leader responsible for driving regional and national adoption of MI Clarity. Build and coach an Account Executive team, develop go-to-market and account strategies, engage clinical and executive stakeholders, optimize pathology workflows, support product launches, ensure forecasting and CRM use, and provide market intelligence to expand utilization and revenue in oncology and health system accounts.
