Oversee all operations of a stand-alone cemetery, including financial performance, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, facility and grounds standards, marketing, sales growth, and talent development. The Managing Partner leads staff, builds community relationships, manages P&L and capital expenditures, ensures permits remain current, and delivers professional service to client families. The role may lead to a future ownership stake.

Assists Funeral Directors with funeral and memorial services by greeting and directing families and guests, preparing chapels and reception areas, managing flowers and refreshments, distributing materials, answering questions, and providing compassionate, professional support. The role requires flexible part-time availability, physical lifting, outdoor work, exposure to chemicals and bloodborne pathogens, and the ability to drive a company vehicle safely.

Coordinates funeral and memorial services under a licensed funeral director’s supervision. Meets with families, completes contracts and required paperwork, prepares and presents the deceased, coordinates clergy and participating organizations, directs attendees, arranges transportation and shipment of remains, maintains client files, and supports visitations and services. The role requires on-call availability, independent work, physical lifting, safe vehicle operation, and compliance with applicable laws and safety procedures.
