Oversees managers and staff, establishes performance standards, audits operations, resolves issues, develops training, partners with IT on system improvements, and collaborates with capital markets, servicing, treasury, operations, vendors, and senior leadership.

Manages wholesale sales Account Executives and broker relationships across an assigned region. Drives sales goals, coaches staff, develops broker accounts, oversees loan submissions, forecasts production, and ensures compliance with mortgage regulations. Promotes government, conventional, non-QM, and specialty loan products while partnering with operations to improve file flow and service quality. Represents the company at industry events and supports regional budgeting, training, and strategic execution.
