Provides technical expertise for complex procurement contracting, including contract development, review, negotiation, risk management, compliance, administration, and dispute resolution. Develops contracting templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and guidance while advising global stakeholders and coordinating with legal, finance, compliance, and operational teams. Delivers training and capacity building to strengthen contracting practices across international programs.

Provides technical leadership and advisory support for malaria programming across multiple countries. Responsibilities include program design and implementation, technical backstopping, best-practice scale-up, staff and partner training, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, proposal development, knowledge management, donor engagement, and collaboration with national malaria programs and international partners. The role is remote but requires travel up to 30% and English and French proficiency.

Leads El Niño preparedness and rapid-response planning across South America, coordinating partners, technical teams, MEAL, supply chain, finance, and operations. The role translates hazard, vulnerability, market, and scenario analyses into contingency plans, program designs, budgets, readiness packages, and activation procedures. Responsibilities include partner capacity strengthening, simulations, cash and voucher readiness, donor engagement, safeguarding integration, monitoring design, knowledge management, and final handover. Travel of up to 50% within South America is required.
