Implement generative AI (Bedrock/Claude), serverless backends, CDK IaC, observability, testing, and integrations with CRMs and analytics. Own delivery from code to production, mentor engineers, and support customer-facing technical workstreams.

Sell complex cloud and DevOps consulting to SMB prospects via outreach, calls, and meetings. Design and run nurture campaigns, coordinate with marketing, engage AWS partners, craft proposals/SOWs, negotiate contracts, and drive new revenue and account expansion. Attend cloud/Kubernetes/DevOps training, target closing $500K+ ARR deals, and travel ~10-25%.
