Lead the migration of 500+ product instances for a customer base of 600+, utilizing cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Product Management, and Professional Services. Manage program strategy, execution, and customer delivery quality, while improving migration frameworks and processes.

The Senior Account Executive will build relationships, drive sales growth, generate leads, conduct product demos, and manage the sales process for Cayuse's cloud-based solutions.

Lead architecture and hands-on development for a core SaaS product suite (50% coding). Own technical roadmap, drive DevSecOps/IaC/TDD adoption, mentor teams, resolve performance and reliability issues, and translate product needs into scalable designs.
