Lead and oversee outsourced accounting engagements, supervise monthly closes and deliverables, advise clients on financial and operational matters, manage billing and budgets, support client acquisition and onboarding, implement accounting systems, train staff, and ensure quality and timely service delivery.

Lead and perform audit, accounting, and tax engagement tasks; review and mentor associates; manage engagement budgets, timelines, and charge hour goals; participate in client billing, practice development, and specialty practice knowledge; travel as needed for client work.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, design/configure core modules, manage data migration and integrations, embed AI/automation, design reporting, drive change management, mentor junior staff, and partner with finance/operations to deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions.
