Teams at CEA Study Abroad

Leads a team of Partner Success Managers supporting institutional partners throughout the relationship lifecycle. Owns partner retention, satisfaction, enrollment growth, account health, program implementation, and operational excellence. Develops scalable success processes, manages KPIs and Salesforce reporting, coaches team members, handles escalations, and maintains strategic executive relationships. Collaborates cross-functionally with academic, enrollment, finance, marketing, safety, and advising teams to improve partner outcomes and organizational growth.

Build and manage university partner relationships across the Northeast to grow study abroad enrollment. Develop account and regional growth strategies, support recruitment and marketing initiatives, coordinate campus events, engage diverse student populations, and meet sales targets. The role requires collaboration with institutional partners and internal teams, expertise in study abroad offerings, independent remote work, and occasional international travel planning.
