Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market, R&D, and G&A roles, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders from intake through offer acceptance. Source candidates through outbound outreach and referrals, recruit technical talent, advise on market conditions and compensation, manage candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, and build scalable processes and documentation. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Provides post-sales technical support for an agentic database, leading customer onboarding, deployment, adoption, troubleshooting, optimization, and expansion. Supports presales proof-of-concepts, collaborates with sales and product teams, advocates for customer needs, documents evaluations, and contributes to webinars, conferences, and technical thought leadership.
