Design and scale manufacturing processes from prototype to high-volume production for EV, energy storage, and aerospace products. Lead first-article builds and validation, run experiments and root-cause analysis, qualify processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and transfer processes into sustained production while improving yield, throughput, and manufacturability.

Design, develop, and release production tooling, fixtures, and workholding to support manufacturing and NPI. Create 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation; build, test, and implement tooling on the shop floor. Collaborate with Product, Process, and Manufacturing teams to improve throughput, ergonomics, and process capability.

Designs and executes mechanical and electromechanical validation test programs for interconnect assemblies. Sources components, supports mechanical integration, participates in power/connector/thermal technical discussions, contributes to design release documentation, and assists manufacturing process development and DFM reviews.

The role involves designing and developing flexible circuit products for energy storage, conducting simulations, and collaborating on design validation.

Owner of product transfers from NPI to high-volume manufacturing: scale and mature processes, validate equipment and capability, lead qualification and validation studies, troubleshoot ramp issues on-site, run experiments and root-cause analysis, develop documentation and training, and partner cross-functionally to meet yield, cycle time, and quality targets.
