Design and develop rack-level high-current power delivery and interconnect hardware for AI server platforms. Own electrical hardware from concept through production, perform electrical and thermal calculations, collaborate with mechanical teams, support validation and testing, and manage customer engagements and design reviews.

Develop, optimize, and transfer manufacturing processes for flex-circuit power interconnects. Own reflow soldering, lamination, bonding, and related process equipment. Design tooling and fixtures, run DOE and characterization tests, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Operations to scale production while ensuring solder joint reliability and assembly integrity.
