Builds migration and AI solution blueprints, develops repeatable field playbooks, and enables Oracle sales and activation teams. The role partners closely with business applications, sales, value engineering, account executives, and Oracle stakeholders.

Lead technical pre- and post-sales engagements for state and local government clients, designing and prototyping AI/LLM-based Process Intelligence solutions (RAG, agentic systems). Drive Proof-of-Value projects, ensure secure integrations with gov cloud/compliance, demonstrate ROI to executives, and scale public sector best practices across Celonis.

Design and lead enterprise solution architectures for large customers, support pre- and post-sales, unblock technical barriers, align cloud/data strategy with business goals, coach consulting teams, and develop reusable technical assets and thought leadership.

Lead AI- and data-driven transformation for large customers by defining value stories, managing multi-region programs, driving platform adoption, orchestrating stakeholder and change management, and delivering measurable ROI using the Celonis platform and process-mining techniques.
