Leads complex health care safety-net initiatives from design through implementation, coordinating timelines, budgets, teams, consultants, grants, and stakeholder relationships. Designs and facilitates learning experiences, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, communicates impact, manages funder relationships, and advances health equity. The role requires strong knowledge of California’s health care safety-net ecosystem and frequent collaboration with health care organizations, funders, and community partners.

Coordinates multiple health care initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, meetings, events, participant communications, data, grants, contracts, invoices, and finances. Supports in-person and virtual convenings, maintains participant information in Salesforce and other systems, synthesizes feedback, and helps teams improve programs. The role requires strong organization, communication, stakeholder support, event coordination, technology proficiency, and commitment to health equity. California residency is required, with approximately 5–8 work trips per year, primarily within California.
