Analyze funnels, campaigns, conversions, costs, and trends; build SQL queries and Looker dashboards; automate reporting with Python; define KPIs; validate data; and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Own and grow a portfolio of approximately 100–125 insurance-agent accounts. Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, campaign creation, pricing, targeting, and performance optimization. Lead client discussions around conversion rates, cost per call, cost per policy, and ROI while partnering with media and operations to improve call quality and volume. Maintain retention by delivering measurable value and profitable customer acquisition outcomes.
