As an Investment Associate, you will source venture capital investment opportunities, evaluate business plans, track deal flow, research industry trends, and assist with due diligence.

Independently conduct operational due diligence reviews of third-party investment managers and funds across asset classes, strategies, geographies, and jurisdictions. Gather and assess documentation, conduct manager meetings, prepare reports, summarize findings, present conclusions to internal committees, and support ongoing ODD projects. The role collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Accounting, and investment teams, monitors industry developments, and requires frequent domestic travel with some international travel.

Prepare and review complex partnership, corporate, trust, foundation, and individual tax returns; manage multi-entity client relationships; provide tax planning and controversy support; apply advanced partnership and multi-state tax rules; oversee, train, and mentor staff; maintain technical documentation and stay current on tax law and industry best practices.
