Teams at CG Oncology

Provide strategic and technical leadership for statistical programming across clinical development programs. Develop, validate, and maintain SDTM/ADaM/Define.xml submission-ready datasets and TLFs. Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA/EMA/ICH), support inspections and electronic submissions, oversee CRO/vendor programming, drive process improvements and automation, and mentor programming staff.

Provide statistical leadership for Phase 1-3 oncology clinical trials, including study design, sample size, interim analyses, SAP and CSR authorship, regulatory support, CRO oversight, data interpretation, and mentoring of biostatistics staff to support development and submission strategies.

Lead design and implementation of the commercial data and systems foundation for launch and growth. Own Salesforce-led commercial systems, integrations, data warehouse, MDM, analytics enablement, governance, and scalable delivery to support commercial operations, reporting, and compliance.
