Own Chai’s end-to-end financial operating system, including the close process, financial modeling, cash forecasting, spend visibility, revenue recognition, compliance, and leadership reporting. This first finance hire will manage complex AI compute, data, and pharmaceutical contract finances while improving workflows and supporting founders in a fast-moving startup environment.

Apply AI-enabled protein design and computational methods to solve novel biological and drug discovery problems for pharmaceutical partners. Serve as a scientific power user and advisor, translate partner findings into product and model improvements, and collaborate with industry scientists and internal AI research teams across antibody engineering, protein design, and therapeutic programs.

The Engagement Management role involves building partnerships, ensuring their success, collaborating with scientists, and shaping the company's future with actionable insights.
