Owns complex business operations initiatives end to end, including contract renegotiation, compute-spend management, office moves, recruiting support, supplier decisions, and executive logistics. Partners with founders and functional leaders to identify friction, solve problems quickly, and build scalable operational systems. The role requires a hands-on generalist with commercial judgment, negotiation ability, operational experience, and a bias for action.

Build developer tools and research infrastructure that accelerate engineering and AI research. Responsibilities include improving coding agents for development, testing, and code review; creating better development environments, faster tests, and reliable deployment workflows; and building a platform for launching experiments, comparing results, and guiding future research.

Build the AI platform enabling scientists and agents to collaborate on therapeutic research. Develop agent execution, model inference, and scientific tool abstractions; create products that accelerate experimentation and decision-making; and partner with scientists to define workflows across people, agents, and models. The role requires strong software architecture, product judgment, and practical understanding of agent reliability and evaluation.
