Design, build, test, and iterate mechatronic systems for a robotic solar-farm factory. Integrate sensors, actuators, motors, hydraulics, robot arms, PLCs, and control systems. Commission and optimize mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces to ensure reliability and safety for factory and field deployments.

Lead end-to-end program plan for adapting and deploying the Sunrise robotic system internationally. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and field teams; manage vendors and logistics; track requirements, design reviews, risks, dependencies, and critical path through production readiness and on-site deployment.

Lead and mentor a 12+ person engineering team, oversee development cycles for electromechanical systems, and scale operations from R&D to production.
