The Principal Firmware Engineer will design, develop, and test firmware for embedded systems, manage projects, and enhance collaboration across teams to optimize IoT device performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coding in C/C++, implementing protocols, and leading firmware development initiatives.

Leads global automation engineering projects from concept through deployment, including capital planning, technology evaluation, equipment development, installation, commissioning, and operational handover. Collaborates with global cross-functional teams and suppliers while managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Advances Industry 4.0, robotics, AI/ML, IoT, digital twin, and automated material-handling solutions to improve repair operations, reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.

Provide in-house legal counsel for procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations and real estate across North America. Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and service agreements, manage vendor disputes and pre-litigation issues, support M&A due diligence, develop contracting templates and playbooks, and advise on operational risk, compliance, and strategic transformation initiatives.
